RAKwireless RAK4270-EU868

The RAK4270 LoRa module from RAKwireless supports eight signal spreading modes (SF5 ~ SF12) and allows bandwidth customisation from 7.8 kHz to 500 kHz. It is compliant with the LoRaWAN® 1.0.2 standard. It has low power consumption (1.5uA in sleep mode), can transmit a 22 dBm signal and provides a receive sensitivity of -138 dBm.

This module can be controlled via AT commands sent via the UART interface

  • Ultra-Low Power Consumption of 2.31 μA (down to 1.61 μA @ 2.0 V) in sleep mode
  • ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core
  • 128 kbytes flash memory with ECC
  • 20 kbytes RAM
  • 6 kbytes of data EEPROM with ECC

The products power supply is 3.3V.

RAK4270 is not recommended for new design, please use RAK3172 for new projects
