The Bocube line is described as unique and innovative. The manufacturer has used innovative solutions in it, and the number of available sizes and accessories allows you to create numerous combinations. The nature of the enclosures perfectly fits the requirements of many industrial applications, making them a truly universal product.

Bopla has used its own patented quick release system on hinges without the use of screws in the Bocube line of enclosures. Hinged "quick connectors" are available in various colors, which facilitate the identification of individual components of the application and improve its aesthetics. In combination with 25 housing sizes and a range of accessories, they create over 150 standard combinations. The enclosures themselves are made of ABS or PC UL 94 V0. Both variants create a durable, safe and sealed (IP66 or IP68) working environment for the application. In addition, the polycarbonate variant is fire-resistant and self-extinguishing, e.g. it obtained the HL3 level in the DIN EN 45545 railway standard. Enclosures are offered with covers in two variants: gray (similar to RAL 7024 or RAL 7035) and transparent.

Products from the Bocube line also comply with pro-ecological standards. Made of one-component plastics, with no injection molded metal parts, they are perfectly recyclable.

Quick, easy and tool-free lid insertion and hinge side selection
The unique, patented hinged catche has a dual function. It enables quick, easy and tool-free lid installation and free choice of hinge side.
Enclosures with screws in the cover available on request
Enclosures with a screwed lid are available on request. The hinged catch effectively hides the screws.
Easy to assemble and open with a size 3 slotted-head screwdriver
The limited number of elements in Bocube enclosures noticeably facilitates assembly. To open the cover, just use a size 3 slotted-head screwdriver.
Enclosures can be combined with colored, custom hinged catches. Manually operated catches are available upon request
2 basic enclosure colours (similar to RAL 7024 or RAL 7035), optionally with a transparent lid, if required, can be combined with colored hinged catches. Manually operated catches are also available on request.
The blanking plug for choosing the hinge side protects the joint of the lid with the base against damage during opening
A special plug allows you to define the side of the hinge. The connection of the lid with the base can be effectively protected against accidental damage during opening.
Recessed area in enclosures for mounting a membrane keypad
All enclosures from the Bocube line have a recessed are in the lid that facilitates the installation of a membrane keypad.
The tight setting of the lid enables the use of enclosures in display applications
The hinged catch keeps the lid firmly in place and allows Bocube enclosures to be used in display devices as well.
Universal wall mounts fit all sizes of Bocube enclosures
The universal wall brackets fit all sizes of Bocube line enclosures and are mounted with screws in the holes on the back of the base.
Bocube enclosures allow the installation of front panels and PCBs in the base and lid
Rectangular front panels or PCBs can be mounted both in the base (using distance bolts) and in the lid.
The variant made of PC UL 94 V0 is suitable for outdoor applications
The enclosure variant made of PC UL 94 V0 is perfect for outdoor applications (it has an f1 classification according to UL 746C and meets the requirements of R22 according to DIN EN 45545-2 HL3).
Possibility to attach a lead seal to protect against unauthorized access
The enclosures enable the installation of a lead seal to protect against unauthorized access to the inside of the device.

    By selecting the right enclosure for your requirements and making the necessary modifications, we make sure that you get the product you are looking for. The great advantage that we have been able to build based on many years of experience is the ability to properly optimize costs while maintaining high quality standards. With the services we offer, we shorten the delivery time and reduce transport costs as well as the risk of rejects or the need to make corrections.

    The scope of mechanical processing includes such activities as: milling, drilling, cutting aluminum profiles or threading. Modern machinery and CNC devices operated by highly qualified employees are not the only advantage of the additional service. Another of the machining processes that we offer is welding of plastics. Plastic enclosures supplied by Bopla are equipped with sleeves for mounting mounting plates or PCBs. It happens, however, that additional fastening is needed in a different place than provided by the manufacturer. We can then propose to weld the spacer pin at the appropriate point thanks to a special welding method.

     

    surface_improvement

    In our catalog of services, we also have the option of improving the surface and aesthetics of the enclosures. Digital printing, screen printing and pad printing, laser marking, engraving or finally, lacquering and powder coating will give the housing an individual character. We can apply any customer's design to the housing, from the company logo, through appropriate markings, to specific operating instructions. The concept of surface improvement covers technical processes that improve product properties, e.g. protecting the enclosure with EMC coating by vapor deposition of appropriate coatings (metallization), lacquering with conductive copper lacquer or using additional contact seals.

    It is worth mentioning that we do not limit ourselves to the personalization of enclosures. It also applies to, for example, front panels, profiles and selected accessories.

     

    integration

    The last group among the services we offer is the widely understood integration of electronics inside the enclosures. We support in the integration of: electronic modules, electromechanical components, touch screens, displays, membrane keyboards, cables, EMC shielding. At the same time, we offer conventional forms of assembly, including the most popular ones: surface mount (SMT), through-hole (THT) and various soldering and bonding techniques. By using our component integration service, we minimize our customers' own workload and take over the risk of faulty production. In addition to the integration of membrane keypads or display solutions, we also have the competence to offer the right product tailored to individual requirements (customized).
