Alu-Topline

Alu-Topline is a line of enclosures that can be adapted to many electronic applications. Undoubtedly, they are the most popular among display projects. These enclosures are distinguished by durability and quality of workmanship, and in the version with an increased degree of protection, they are also resistant to demanding working environment conditions.

The base of the presented enclosures is made of anodized aluminum profiles. The product line has been divided into two leading groups based on the ingress protection rating: standard IP 40 (easy to raise to IP 54 with the use of appropriate AT ... DI seal) and increased, IP 65. Products in individual groups are characterized by a common width and height, they differ only in length.

The manufacturer has applied a number of solutions that are designed to facilitate the operation of devices placed in enclosures from the Alu-Topline line, their integration and subsequent service and modernization works. Characteristic features include:

 

Alu-Topline profile division
Horizontally divided profiles provide easy access to the interior and quick and trouble-free assembly of electronic components.
ABS side covers
Side covers made of ABS for easy access to the inside of the enclosure (additionally, the ATPH-IP variant has a design seal).
Factory-fitting TPE seal
The factory-fitted TPE round sealing in combination with the AT…DI seal ensures protection class IP 54 DIN EN 60529 (in ATPH enclosures - in the picture on the right). The ATPH-IP version (left) provides IP 65 DIN EN 60529 as standard.
Various plug sockets and dimensions designed for use with typical displays
Equipping the profiles with various plug-in sockets and screw channels for alternative mounting of PCBs. Profile dimensions for use with typical displays/touch panels: ATPH 18… = 7.0” and ATPH-IP 2385 = 10.1”.
Recessed surface in the lid
Recessed surface in the lid for easy integration of e.g. membrane keypad and other operating elements.
Extra smooth surfaces
Additional smooth surfaces for mounting interfaces such as USB or Sub-D connectors.
Multiple wall mounting options
A number of wall mounting options, the possibility of using invisible mounting or mounting in the VESA system, which improve the ergonomics of the application and ensures the aesthetics of the device.
Plastic lids in two colors
Two standard colors of plastic lids: black, similar to RAL 9005 and graphite gray, similar to RAL 7024.
