Quectel KCM0A5S

A Wi-SUN module by Quectel, with LCC form factor, supporting Wi-SUN FAN 1.1 IEEE 802.15.4g and supports frequencies from 470–928 MHz. The module features built-in 256 KB RAM and 2 MB FLASH.

The product can operate in temperature range of -40 °C... +85 °C, and it's power supply is 3.45–5.5 V. It has a built-in RF antenna.
