BG950A-GL is an ultra-compact LPWA module by Quectel, with an LGA form factor; supporting NB-IoT i LTE-M standards of communication, with max data rate: 588Kbps (DL), 1119Kbps (UL), as well as GNSS navigation (GPS/GLONASS).
