MM32L0131C7P is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0+ core, operating at a frequency of up to 48MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals.


  • 64KB Flash, 8KB SRAM
  • One 12-bit SAR ADC with 15 external channels, whose conversion rate up to 1MSPS, one low-power comparator
  • Embedded segmented LCD driver SLCD which is able to drive 8x36 or 4x40 segments, and a charge pump which can keep the LCD screen clear when the voltage drops. Supports COM and SEG pin remapping with flexible adjustment of duty cycle, bias voltage, frame rate and contrast
  • Five 16-bit timers
  • Interfaces: 1x I2C, 2x SPI, 2x UART
  • One infrared signal modulation module IRM, supports ASK, PSK or FSK modulation
  • Hardware calendar RTC
  • Working voltage: 1.8V~5.5V
  • Working temperature range (ambient temperature): -40℃ to +85℃ industrial level
  • Multiple sets of power-saving modes make possible the design of low-power applications
  • Power consumption can be lowered to 300nA in the Standby mode
  • Power consumption can be lowered to 100nA in the Shutdown mode
