The Polysafe enclosure is designed for external applications in challenging weather conditions such as snow, rain, rapid temperature changes, and exposure to strong UV radiation. The enclosures are made of glass fiber-reinforced polyester. The doors can be equipped with a vandal-resistant lock and can open to the right or left. The mounting plate, ordered separately, is made of aluminum or polyester. A metal frame is tailored to the enclosure for mounting equipment according to DIN 43880. The protection rating is IP 65 according to DIN EN 60529, and the impact resistance rating is IK 10 according to IEC62262. The integrated protective cover with the enclosure prevents water ingress when the doors are opened.

All external components are made of plastic, providing protection against corrosion.
