A plastic frame made from high-quality PC UL 94 V0 material, designed for mounting HMI panels on the front using an innovative method of attaching the frame from inside the cabinet with four plastic covers secured by screws, allowing the frame to be tightened between the covers using a special aluminum profile BTK-AP. An integrated TPE gasket is provided inside the frame. A separately ordered 2mm aluminum front plate is customized to cover the entire plastic frame surface, with the option to mill openings for resistive or capacitive displays in combination with keyboards and/or mechanical buttons. The aluminum plate can be replaced with protective glass covering the entire plastic frame surface, with the possibility of custom printing according to project requirements and the option to mount the glass for a touchscreen display using "full optical bonding in a clean room." Separately ordered frame backs are made of galvanized steel, attached with screws, featuring a large surface area for milling interface or power entry points.
