RAK2013 WisLink Cellular Pi HAT is based on the Quectel BG96 solution. The product from RAKwireless is an expansion board for the Raspberry Pi computer that provides LPWAN connectivity, making it a good addition to IoT applications. The Quectel amplifier and audio codec integrated in the module provide the possibility of Voice over LTE (VoLTE).
