A WiFi+BLE module by Quectel, with LGA form factor, supporting dual band WiFi 4 IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n and BLE 5.0. The module features built-in 512 KB RAM and 4 MB FLASH.

The product can operate in temperature range of -40 °C... +85 °C, and it's power supply is 3.0 - 3.6V.
