An ultra-compact WiFi module by Quectel, with LCC form factor, supporting Bluetooth 5.4 and WiFi 6. The module has 8 MB of FLASH memory and 672 KB of SRAM.

    Supports frequency bands:
  • BT: 5.4
  • WLAN: 2.4, IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax

The product can operate in temperature range of -40°C...+85°C, and it's power supply is 3.0 - 3.6 V.
